Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of the Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information resulting from your use of the Service. Together, these Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the binding agreement between you and Wixlearn (“Agreement”). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. 2. Communications

3. Purchases
If you purchase any product or service through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be required to provide payment and billing information, including credit or debit card details and billing address. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided. You represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. 5. Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription”). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring billing cycle based on the plan selected. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled by you or terminated by Wixlearn. You may cancel through your account dashboard or by contacting support@wixlearn.com. You must provide valid and complete billing information. By submitting payment details, you authorize Wixlearn to charge applicable fees. If payment fails, Wixlearn may suspend or terminate your access immediately.
6. Free Trial
Wixlearn may offer Free Trials at its sole discretion. Billing information may be required to activate a Free Trial. You will not be charged until the Free Trial ends. Unless cancelled before expiry, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan. Wixlearn reserves the right to modify or cancel Free Trials at any time without notice.
7. Fee Changes
Wixlearn may change Subscription fees at any time. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
8. Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of the original purchase date, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Content
You are responsible for any content you post through the Service (“Content”), including its legality and appropriateness. You confirm that you own or have the right to use the Content. You confirm that the Content does not violate any third-party rights. You retain ownership of your Content. By posting Content, you grant Wixlearn a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content through the Service. Wixlearn may monitor or remove Content at its discretion. All Service content not provided by users is the exclusive property of Wixlearn and may not be reused without written permission.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service in violation of any law or regulation. You agree not to exploit or harm minors. You agree not to transmit spam or unsolicited communications. You agree not to impersonate others. You agree not to infringe upon the rights of others. You agree not to interfere with Service operation or security. You further agree not to use automated systems to access the Service. You further agree not to introduce malware or harmful code. You further agree not to attempt unauthorized access. You further agree not to conduct denial-of-service attacks. You further agree not to damage or falsify Company ratings.
11. Analytics
We may use third-party analytics providers to monitor and analyze Service usage.
12. No Use by Minors
The Service is intended only for users aged 18 years or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
13. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. Wixlearn may terminate accounts for inaccurate information or misuse. Usernames must not infringe third-party rights or contain offensive language.

The Service and all original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Wixlearn and its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
15. Copyright Policy
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid infringement claims submitted to support@wixlearn.com.
16. DMCA Notice
DMCA notices must include all information required under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3). DMCA notices must be sent to support@wixlearn.com.
17. Feedback
Any feedback provided becomes the exclusive property of Wixlearn. Wixlearn has full rights to use feedback without compensation or obligation.
18. Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked through the Service.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
20. Limitation of Liability
